The OpportunityWe're looking for compassionate, detail-oriented Ophthalmic Technicians to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to build your skills, learn from experienced providers, and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives every day.
What You'll Do- Perform vision, depth perception, color vision, and peripheral vision testing
- Gather and document patient medical histories and clinical information
- Administer eye drops and assist with specimen collection and processing
- Support patient flow and assist with urgent patient concerns
- Prepare exam rooms and assist physicians during examinations and procedures
- Maintain clinical equipment and follow infection prevention protocols
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A positive, patient-focused attitude
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, dependable mindset
- Knowledge of ocular pharmacology is a plus, but not required
