Schedule: 24-hour beeper call coverage with an average callback of 6-8 hours per day. Volume includes 10-15 consults per week and 6-10 surgical cases per week.

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
• Active Pennsylvania medical license (or IMLC/LOQ) required at time of submission
• DEA certification required
• Minimum 1 year of vascular surgery experience
• Clean malpractice history (no settlements over $500K; no more than 3 settlements unless cases are over 20 years old)
• Credentialing timeframe of approximately 90 days; expedited temporary privileges may be available for qualified candidates
