What You’ll Do You’ll get your hands dirty learning the ins and outs of the automotive technician field. With guidance, you’ll develop new skills to add to your growing toolbox. Other responsibilities include: Serve as an entry-levelauto tech performing light-duty maintenance. Gain familiarity with automaintenance concepts andpractices. Perform automaintenance techduties,including oil and filter change, fuel filter change, transmission flushand vehicle inspection. Perform battery testing, maintenance, and replacement. Perform various repairs includingtires,safety inspections andinterior/exteriorcomponents. Comply with regulations regardingrecyclables, fluids, tiresand disposable trash. Use approved vendors to obtain the required parts. Who You Are You love working with your hands and your mind. You’re passionate about vehicle technology and love to stay up to date on best practices in the auto world. You also have the following qualifications: Required 6+ months of related work experience.
