Turion is developing the critical infrastructure of the space economy. And we're just getting started.We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who can help us build the high-performing, mission-driven team that will get us there. This isn’t a recruiting job where you push candidates through the ATS. This is hands-on, full-stack recruiting at a company where execution speed matters, ambiguity is part of the job, and you’ll be a true partner to our engineering and leadership teams.This is a full-time, exempt position based on-siteat our Irvine, California headquarters.Key Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, primarily focused on engineeringActively source top-tier, hard-to-reach talent through creative outbound strategies and network-buildingPrepare hiring teams with structured interview plans and tools for effective, consistent candidate evaluationsRun debriefs and partner with hiring managers to make data-informed decisions quicklyGuide candidates through the process with clarity, professionalism, and a focus on an outstanding experienceCraft compelling offers and close candidates, including compensation and equity conversationsMaintain data and detailed documentation in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Ashby.Continuously iterate on our processes to improve speed, quality, and experienceHandle contractor requests from hiring managers and manage those requisitions through to start date, in addition to full-time hiringQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environmentA track record of success sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill technical rolesPrior experience presenting and implementing new recruitment strategies and processes with business leadershipDemonstrated history of building long-term relationships with hiring managers and candidatesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage requisitions and project work simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications:Experience in SaaS, aerospace, defense, automotive or hardware-heavy industriesWillingness to engage with alternative sourcing methods, including social media, networking, contract and patent scrapingFamiliarity with hiring cleared talentKnowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiringA bias toward action, you notice potential bottlenecks and proactively present solutionsSenior Technical Recruiter Salary range: $135,000 - $155,000 USDEmployees may be asked to support alternate shifts, extended shifts, and/or travel during peak work periods.ITAR Requirements:This position may include access to technology and/or software source code that is subject to U.S. export controls.
