- Schedule: Monday Friday, 40 hours per week, 4 months
- Start Date: May 4, 2026
- Patient population: Ages 2 and up
Scope of Services
- Occupational health services including:
- Breath alcohol testing
- DOT certifications
- Pre employment physicals
- DOT and non regulated drug testing
- No workers compensation cases
- Wellness programs supported and managed by the Health Coach
- No on site dispensary at this time
Compensation
- Discuss by Phone
- 100% Malpractice Paid
- Paid Weekly
