This role manages interview scheduling, candidate communication, data tracking, and onboarding support while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with company policies.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, including panel, executive, and high-volume interviewsManage complex interview calendars for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managersServe as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and positive experienceAssist recruiters with candidate screening and application reviewSource candidates for technical and non-technical roles using job boards and social networksMaintain accurate candidate data and recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)Assist with onboarding processes and related administrative supportQualificationsMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in Recruiting or Human ResourcesBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related fieldExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus; familiarity with Greenhouse is preferred.Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills across in-person and digital channels.Proven ability to meet or exceed defined goals and objectivesEqual Employment OpportunitySKHYA is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
