What will you be doing?
-
Developing and executing strategic sales plans to hit profitable targets while building long-lasting relationships with key aerospace and industrial clients.

Prospecting and managing a robust sales pipeline for rings and seals, which includes attending trade shows and presenting technical solutions to new and existing customers.

Leading and developing the sales team and monitoring industry trends to ensure the company remains a competitive leader in the market.
What do you bring?

Positive, can-do attitude

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in a Sales Director or similar leadership role.

Technical proficiency in basic blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge, preferably within the aerospace industry.
-
U.S. Person status (required for ITAR/Export Control compliance) and the ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
