This role is responsible for promoting and selling company products and services, identifying new business opportunities, processing customer orders, and supporting overall sales and profitability goals.The ideal candidate is results-driven, organized, and skilled at developing customer partnerships while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support business growth.## ## **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES*** Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and industrial customers to promote and sell company products and services.* Analyze market trends, customer needs, pricing, and sales opportunities to support business growth and profitability.* Process customer orders, maintain sales records, and prepare sales contracts and related documentation.* Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting customer retention and satisfaction.* Communicate product updates, resolve customer concerns, and provide ongoing customer support.* Support sales promotions, marketing initiatives, and product display activities.* Collaborate with the District Manager and internal teams to achieve sales and operational goals.* Perform other duties as assigned.## **EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Marketing or other related science or field.* 1-3 years of B2B sales experience and/or training preferred.* CRM experience preferred.* Or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Valid Driver’s License Required.## **Required Skills*** Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents, technical procedures, and regulations.* Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.* Ability to perform basic business-related mathematical calculations.* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.## **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY**NoneHarcros Chemicals is an employee-owned chemical manufacturing and distribution company headquartered in Kansas City, Kansas, with over a century of industry experience.
