Role Description The Sales Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in City of Industry, CA. This role is responsible for overseeing the dealership’s sales-related finance operations, including structuring deals, securing financing options, and ensuring adherence to lender and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing credit applications, presenting finance and insurance products to customers, and collaborating with the sales team to close transactions efficiently and ethically. The Sales Finance Manager monitors financial performance metrics, supports business planning efforts, and provides analysis to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction. This role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, supporting compliance with all relevant policies, and providing clear financial guidance to internal stakeholders and customers. Qualifications Strong Sales Finance and Finance skills to structure customer deals, secure approvals, and optimize profitability. Experience in Financial Planning and Business Planning to support forecasting, budgeting, and dealership performance strategies. Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and recommend data-driven improvements. Previous experience in automotive finance or a related retail finance environment preferred. Knowledge of lending practices, compliance requirements, and finance and insurance (F&I) products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with sales and management teams. Proficiency with dealer management systems and common office software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM).
