Job Description

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to work at a Facility in Machesney Park, IL. These are registry positions with our company. This order is available for both local and travel.


Local Rates:
Pay Rate: $50.60 / hour


Pay/Travel Package:


Total Travel Comp = $1,245.00(Lodging - $770.00, M&I - $476.00)


$23.97 p/h X 40Hrs = $958.80
Total Comps = $2,204.80

Job Details:

• 8am-330pm

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse
• A valid and current RN license issued by the state of IL
• A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
• Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients. RN must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written English
• They should also have the following skill sets and experience on their resume- Some of the specific needs at school include seizures, feeding tube, and infusions.
• A nurse that has experience working with special needs kids and peds would be ideal.

Building nurse role for NW, ASAP + ESY program

• Extended School Year (ESY) programs in Illinois are special education services provided beyond the regular school year, at no cost to parents, for eligible students with disabilities.
• ASAP is an Adolescent Substance Abuse prevention coalition that focuses on preventing youth from using alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs
