This is an opportunity for an attorney who enjoys working directly with injured clients and wants to own their own docket from initial treatment through settlement. This is a pre-litigation position, not a trial-focused role. Candidates must have experience independently carrying their own files and be comfortable managing a high-volume docket with significant direct client contact. Why join us? $70,000–$100,000 base salary, depending on experience 3% commission on pre-suit resolutions 5% commission on post-suit or mediation resolutions 8% commission on verdicts above the last written offer 30% origination commission on cases sourced outside the firm's marketing and referral channels, replacing the resolution commission on that file 80% employer-paid health insurance premiums 401(k) match Unlimited PTO Downtown parking Job Details Maryland Bar admission in good standing At least 18 months of substantive pre-litigation or claims-side personal injury experience Demonstrated experience independently carrying and managing your own files Experience handling auto and auto-adjacent personal injury claims Additional experience with premises liability and/or dog bite matters is a plus Strong understanding of PIP, MedPay, UM/UIM, and policy limits demands Comfortable negotiating directly with insurance adjusters Strong client communication and case evaluation skills Comfortable working in a high-volume environment Experience with AI drafting tools or willingness to learn Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
