As a Senior Patient Care Coordinator in Neurology, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients through complex and often life-changing care journeys, ensuring seamless coordination, timely access to services, and an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. In this role, you’ll take ownership of advanced scheduling, referrals, and care coordination across multidisciplinary teams while serving as a trusted resource for patients, providers, and caregivers. This position is responsible for the overall coordination of seamless care for patients in a surgical and/or non-surgical setting. Required Qualifications: * 2 years experience in healthcare setting with increased responsibilities or 1 year experience in Patient Care Coordinator type role. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
