Senior Area Innovation Manager - GI Genius Sales - Endoscopy (Texas)

Medtronic seeks a Senior Area Innovation Manager to lead enterprise adoption of GI Genius, an AI-powered endoscopy platform across Texas. This field-based commercial role drives sales, clinical integration, and long-term value realization with health systems and physician practices, requiring significant travel and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

Drive enterprise customer adoption and utilization of GI Genius platform to achieve sales targets
Lead multi-stakeholder sales negotiations with health systems, MSO/IDN headquarters, and ASC networks
Deliver clinical demonstrations, physician education, and on-site implementation support
Develop territory-level growth strategies and transfer best practices across sales organization
Maintain executive relationships with health system leaders and key opinion leaders

Requirements

4+ years relevant sales or clinical experience in medical devices or healthcare (with appropriate education level)
Based within 50 miles of Dallas, Fort Worth, or Austin, Texas
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
Mastery of AI-enabled endoscopy, clinical evidence, and software-as-a-medical-device (SaMD) concepts
Executive-level relationship management and stakeholder influence skills
Strong CRM proficiency, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy
Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or advanced business degree a plus
