In this role you will: Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, create an exceptional culinary experience for our guests through the preparation and presentation of high-quality foods from our menu, serving, and bartending while ensuring guest satisfaction. You will play a key role in contributing to the future look and feel of a guest culinary experience. You will be responsible for monthly inventories, closing nightly paperwork, and overseeing the team. Requirements: Prior experience in a luxury brand or hotel setting Excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluently Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation. Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control Micro POS experience In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9) upon hire.
