Commercial Licensor Marketing Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by setting agendas, synthesizing discussions, and driving follow-up actions for global commercial meetings and partner touchpoints
- Drive commercial planning milestones, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and licensor priorities
- Deliver actionable demand, POS, and sales insights that guide regional and global strategies
- Own forecasting processes that support business planning and partner alignment
- Translate market performance and consumer data into strategic recommendations for both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Lead competitive and category analyses (e.g., Circana/NPD) to identify white space opportunities, optimize product plans, and support new business proposals
