Warehouse, Office & Shipper Liaison Coordinator
Full-Time | Miami
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse, Office & Shipper Liaison Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping coordination, and billing processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily cooler inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate customer pickups and verify incoming shipments.
- Communicate with customers and shippers regarding orders and discrepancies.
- Track incoming products and resolve shipping issues.
- Process XML submissions and shipment matching.
- Prepare reports and ensure compliance with daily operational deadlines.
- Print warehouse and terminal materials as needed.
- Assist with office and warehouse supply management.
- Provide general administrative support to warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or office administration preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
The starting salary rate is $16.00 hourly, with two days off on Tuesday and Sunday.
