Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and active Physical Therapist (PT) license in California
• Demonstrated experience providing PT services in schools, especially with elementary-aged children
• Strong understanding of pediatric physical therapy practices and school-based documentation requirements
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, service providers, and families
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted therapy to students weekly and monitor progress toward functional goals
• Conduct assessments and participate in developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Design and implement individualized interventions and activities
• Consult with teachers and staff to support physical accessibility and educational outcomes
• Keep accurate, timely records and ensure compliance with school and state standards
