What You’ll Love About This Position Approximately 12 shifts per month Full benefits eligibility Predictable block‑style scheduling More non‑working days than traditional Monday–Friday provider roles Daytime hospital‑based rounding only Minimal after‑hours phone‑only call No ICU management No procedures No admissions or discharges No controlled substance prescribing Protocol‑driven care model Structured onboarding, training, and mentorship (for new grads and experienced APPs) Collaborative consultative practice environment Schedule/Shift Availability Based on hiring needs, available shifts may include: Monday & Tuesday + Every Other Weekend Thursday & Friday + Every Other Weekend Compensation $98,248 - $109,496 annually. In addition to your base salary, you will earn uncapped monthly bonuses based on RVU production.
