COMPANY OVERVIEW Automotive dealership presence in the Motor City for over 40 years and growing Community Focused and committed to excellence JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule customer appointments for vehicle maintenance and repair services Coordinate workflow between service advisors, technicians, and parts department Optimize shop capacity and efficiency by managing the service calendar Adjust schedules based on cancellations, or parts availability Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction with scheduling processes JOB QUALIFICATIONS Computer Proficient Valid Driver License Strong organizational and multitasking abilities JOB PERKS Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability Insurance 401K Paid Holidays PTO time that increases with years of service Room For Advancement Within Our Company EXCELLENCE IS THE OBLIGATION OF ALL EMPLOYEES AT RAY LAETHEM.
