Quality Manager

Quality Manager – Automotive Manufacturing (JD6652) Southeast Michigan We’re working with a growing automotive manufacturer in Southeast Michigan that is looking to bring on a Quality Manager to lead plant-level quality and help elevate overall performance. This role will have direct visibility to plant leadership and will play a key part in improving quality systems, strengthening team capability, and driving better customer outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the day-to-day quality function within a manufacturing environment Work closely with operations and engineering to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence Act as the primary point of contact for customer-related quality concerns Drive continuous improvement efforts across the plant, including corrective actions and process enhancements Maintain and improve quality systems aligned with IATF 16949 / ISO standards Build and develop a strong quality team through coaching, accountability, and structure Track key quality metrics and use data to drive decision-making What They’re Looking For Experience leading quality in an automotive or manufacturing environment Strong understanding of IATF 16949, core tools, and quality systems Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven setting Proven ability to manage customer issues and drive resolution Leadership experience with the ability to build and improve teams Why This Role High-impact position with visibility to plant leadership Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in quality performance Stable organization with long-term growth potential Competitive base salary + bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
