Director of Rehabilitation

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee PT, OT, and speech therapy staff and services

• Guide individualized treatment planning that centers each resident’s goals and quality of life

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and reimbursement requirements

• Partner closely with the Administrator, DON, and department heads as a true leadership team

• Recruit, train, and mentor therapy staff who are passionate about restorative care

• Monitor outcomes, documentation, and program quality to keep care both effective and compliant

What You Bring

• Active AL license as a PT, OT, SLP, COTA, PTA

•2-3+ years of rehab leadership experience, LTC/SNF strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid rehab regulations and documentation standards

• A leadership style rooted in respect, consistency, and heart

• The ability to stay calm and clear-headed when things get hard, because in this work, they will
