Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate

A rapidly growing food manufacturing company is seeking a safety-conscious Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate for an immediate, full-time Direct Hire position (permanent placement from day one). In this role, you will safely operate sit-down, stand-up reach, and VNA turret trucks while utilizing Microsoft Business Central on iPads to manage inventory for both domestic shipments and internal facility transfers. Candidates must strictly adhere to food safety PPE requirements.Spanish and English is a huge plus. salary: $50,000 - $52,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, and VNA (very narrow aisle) turret trucks to move, stack, and stage materials.
• Utilize Microsoft Business Central on iPads to accurately log material movements, scan barcodes, and manage real-time inventory.
• Handle the loading, unloading, and documentation for both domestic outward shipments and internal facility transfers of raw materials and finished goods.
• Strictly adhere to food safety guidelines by wearing required PPE, including composite-toe footwear, long pants (no shorts), hairnets, and lab coats when in production areas.
• Stand, bend, walk, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs throughout a shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Verify incoming counts against bills of lading, inspect for damage, and properly stage items in designated warehouse or production zones.
