Occupational Therapist (Epic)

Physical Therapist
Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives. Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
This position is for an EPIC conversion. Candidates must have EPIC and Cerner experience within the last 5 years and have worked as an employee of an organization / successfully completed a contract. Each work history entry must list the charting system used. If multiple EMR systems are listed on one job, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used. No RTO is allowed. The listed start date is firm. Auto Offer EPIC BACKFILL, Day Shift - 40 hours per week (8x5's). MUST have recent EPIC experience within the last 12 months. Floating is required to other sites (AHBD, AHDL, AHSB) as needed depending on staffing and census, though AHTV would be their main site.
Education and Work Experience: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent.
