Overview The role involves practicing environmental law in the context of compliance counseling, enforcement defense, litigation, permitting and other regulatory authorizations, or agency rulemaking. Candidates should have specific prior experience working in private practice, a trade association, and/or a government agency. Posting details Hunton seeks an experienced attorney to join its highly ranked nationally recognized Environmental Law practice group as full-time partnership-track associate in our Richmond, VA, Los Angeles, CA, or Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience practicing environmental law in the context of compliance counseling, enforcement defense, litigation, permitting and other regulatory authorizations, or agency rulemaking, with particular experience working in private practice, a trade association, and/or a government agency.
