Supply Chain Operations Lead

Ensuring vendor invoice and work order compliance, the full-time Supply Chain Operations Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and establish governance routines while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage work order and invoice compliance, ensuring alignment with vendor contracts and addressing interface errors Liaise with vendors to resolve invoicing inquiries and monitor vendor performance data Develop and enforce operational procedures and best practices for work order management Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, vendor management, or supply chain operations 2+ years of experience with Corrigo or similar work order management systems Demonstrated experience in leading process improvements and establishing governance frameworks Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, facilities management, business administration, or a related field preferred Project management experience preferred
