Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00–07:30 | Weekend and holiday rotations based on operational need

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct inpatient nursing care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms, including identification of lethal arrhythmias and heart blocks
• Float to other units as needed based on operational requirements
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotation schedules as operationally required

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license required
• BLS certification required – American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Minimum two years of acute care inpatient RN experience within the last three years in Medical Surgical / Telemetry
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must pass a Telemetry exam prior to start (Adult and Pediatric components; passing score of 80% or higher, with 100% identification of lethal rhythms required; maximum of three attempts)
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with cardiac rhythm interpretation, including advanced arrhythmia recognition
• Familiarity with floating across units in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Prior travel nursing experience
