Medical Transcription Coordinator Must Be Bi-lingual Spanish Position Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Medical Transcription Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for forwarding physician recordings to transcriptionists, uploading recordings into the database system, and ensuring all files are properly organized and processed accurately. Responsibilities Upload physician recordings into the database system Rename and properly file audio recordings Send recordings to transcriptionists for processing Handle a high volume of recording entries daily Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when processing files Coordinate recordings through the transcription workflow process Maintain organized and accurate database records Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Familiarity with physician recordings and/or medical transcription processes preferred Quick learner with strong organizational skills Must be computer and tech savvy Ability to multitask and manage heavy workflow volumes Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-focused, and comfortable handling large volumes of audio files and database entries in a busy medical office environment.
