This position is responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and repair of the facility and equipment, along with its systems, and related events. We are looking for candidates that have a background in robotics (preferably Autostore), mechanical, electrical and conveyor systems maintenance.Schedule:3rd Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00pm – 5:30am; overtime as needed.Qualifications:Entry level role or 1 year of experience in maintenance, automation, or a similar technical rolePrior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferredHands-on experience using tools to troubleshoot, repair and resolve maintenance issuesBasic to intermediate computer skillsStrong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracyProven ability to work in a team-oriented environmentStrong work ethic with demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and integrityContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on increasing efficiency and improving processesRegular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirementsAbility to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demandsResponsibilities:Conduct routine inspections of the facility, grounds, building systems, equipment, and AutoStore system; monitor performance and respond to issues as they arisePerform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators, and other equipment) to keep operations running smoothlyMaintain and coordinate required testing and service for Fire/Life Safety systems, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standardsMaintain the overall appearance and functionality of the facility, including lighting, minor repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep of interior and exterior spacesSupport day-to-day facility needs, including associate moves, equipment/furniture setup, spill cleanup, and general maintenance tasksCoordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and ongoing services (landscaping, janitorial, waste removal, etc.)Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas, including storage, warehouse, and maintenance spaces; properly maintain and store tools and equipmentKeep accurate maintenance records and documentation for building systems and equipmentIdentify, report, and address safety hazards, and follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirementsPerform other duties as assigned to support operational needs-Pay Range:-$20.40 - $51.70-Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.-This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.-Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
