Production Administrator

Responsibilities Utilize SAP to execute daily manufacturing, distribution, and logistics transactions to ensure that the highest possible service levels are achieved on a daily basis Assist with the expediting and troubleshooting of both outbound production and lab orders on a daily basis Track weekly/monthly CI & KPI data to assist Manufacturing Management with communication and feedback to the Manufacturing Staff to help drive productivity improvements Assist the Production Support Supervisor with monthly KPI tracking and reporting Deliver samples to QC, box samples for delivery to customers, and perform shipment transactions into transport systems such as FedEx and UPS Assist with Process Order Scrubbing and lab communication as needed Work with QM to resolve quality‑related manufacturing or material problems Assist in the development of ISO Manufacturing Department documentation as needed Provide communication to key stakeholders within Givaudan, such as Customer Care, Planning, QC/QM, and Commercial Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, or a high school diploma with relevant experience in the fragrance or manufacturing industry 1–3 years of related experience Technical Skills & Strengths Experience working with SAP ERP systems and logistics platforms preferred Understanding of just‑in‑time (JIT) operations Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and database tools Comfortable working with numbers and inventory processes Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Ability to adapt and support continuous improvement efforts Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $58,000 – $70,000 annually (Givaudan takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, qualifications/certifications, education, and internal equity.) Work Environment Fully on‑site position (Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM, based on business needs).
