DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager in Orlando, FL.A Snapshot of Your Day:You will be the central point for our hiring activities, working closely with Team Leads, recruiters, HR and external partners to keep hiring priorities, requisitions, candidates and interviews moving. You will continuously compare progress against the hiring plan, resolve bottlenecks and ensure the right people join the organization at the right time.How You Will Make an Impact:* Own and coordinate the end-to-end hiring program, ensuring hiring activities remain aligned with the approved workforce plan and business priorities* Maintain a consolidated overview of planned, open, forecasted and filled positions and provide clear visibility of progress, gaps and risks* Drive accountability across Team Leads, HR, recruiters and external recruiting partners to ensure critical hires are delivered according to plan* Facilitate decisions and alignment when hiring priorities, timing, candidate profiles or seniority requirements conflict with the overall hiring plan* Lead a high-volume hiring program supporting the recruitment of 100+ positions, proactively managing risks, bottlenecks and corrective actions to achieve hiring targets* Provide regular hiring forecasts, progress reporting and management updates, including deviations from plan and recommended corrective actionsRequirements* 5+ years of professional experience with demonstrated responsibility for leading projects, programs or complex cross-functional initiatives* Proven track record delivering complex, milestone-driven programs involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines and competing priorities* Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to turn a complex plan into clear actions, priorities and measurable progress* Confidence and credibility to work with Team Leads and senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions and drive decisions when needed* A proactive, ownership-driven mindset. You identify issues, propose solutions and follow them through rather than simply coordinating activities* Strong communication and analytical skills; Experience in recruiting, HR or workforce planning is an advantage, but not a requirementJob TypeContractCompensation60 - $60
