About This Role
Tiny Little Blessings Early Learning Center | Mount Juliet, TN
Tiny Little Blessings is looking for a loving, dependable, and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our team and lead our 2-year-old classroom .
We are a Christian Early Learning Center that believes children learn best when they feel safe, loved, encouraged, and supported. We’re looking for someone who truly enjoys working with toddlers and understands that the 2’s are a fun, busy, sometimes messy, and incredibly rewarding age!
What You'll Do What You’ll Do- Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment
- Lead age-appropriate learning activities, crafts, music, movement, and play
- Help children develop language, social, emotional, and early learning skills
- Follow daily classroom routines including meals, diapering/potty training, naps, and transitions
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom
- Communicate positively and professionally with parents and coworkers
- Follow all TLB and Tennessee childcare licensing policies
- Incorporate Christian values, kindness, and encouragement throughout the day
- Loves working with 2-year-olds
- Is patient, nurturing, energetic, and dependable
- Can confidently manage a toddler classroom
- Works well as part of a team
- Has strong communication skills
- Is reliable and understands how important consistent attendance is in childcare
- Has previous childcare, preschool, or toddler classroom experience — preferred
- Is willing to complete all required background checks and training

Age Group: 2-Year-Old Classroom
