RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead financial operations across two separate companies , ensuring effective oversight, financial accuracy, and consistent accounting practices across both business entities. Oversee cash flow, liquidity, cash management, and financial planning to support the operational needs of both organizations. Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, bill payments, reconciliations, and other hands‑on financial responsibilities. Provide financial reporting, analysis, and insights to support executive leadership and informed business decisions across both companies. Collaborate with existing finance professionals within each organization to maintain efficient workflows, accountability, and financial visibility. Establish and enhance financial processes, internal controls, and reporting practices to support effective multi‑entity financial management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required experience overseeing accounting and financial operations for multiple companies, business entities, or subsidiaries simultaneously. Strong background in hands‑on accounting leadership, controllership, financial reporting, and operational finance. Demonstrated expertise in cash management, accounts payable, cash flow oversight, and direct financial execution. Ability to balance high‑level financial strategy with day‑to‑day accounting responsibilities across two distinct organizations. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position offers a competitive annual salary of $200,000–$250,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.
