The Corporate Support Superintendent connects the field and office to keep construction operations efficient and aligned with company standards. Reporting to senior leadership, this role works with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain consistency across all phases, with a large emphasis on traveling. It drives productivity, quality, and safe job-site execution across multiple projects and locations while also supporting process improvement, team development, and operational planning. This is a hands-on leadership role that moves between site management, travel-based supervision, and corporate support.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain smooth daily operations
• Monitor construction progress and resolve issues that could impact productivity or delivery
• Maintain strict quality control standards and ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
• Support client communication and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones
• Maintain job site safety and reinforce compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Travel frequently to support field operations, site start-ups, inspections, and critical project phases
• Conduct site assessments to identify risks, confirm progress, and support corrective action plans
• Provide strategic guidance to improve construction processes, jobsite performance, and operational consistency
• Assist with policy development and implementation of company-wide best practices
• Mentor field leadership and support professional growth across superintendent and site management teams
• Prepare executive reporting on project performance, trends, risks, and key operational metrics
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen delivery, quality, and accountability
• Assist Executive Leadership as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
• 7+ years’ experience as Superintendent
• OSHA 30 Required
• OSHA 500 Preferred
• Proficient in Autodesk, Procore, Breadcrumb, Open Space, or other related software
• Must be able to travel on short notice whether it be for short-term (days/weeks) or long-term (months)
• Demonstrate the ability to lead a team of subcontractors confidently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with vendors, clients, and team members

• Construction management expertise across commercial general contracting environments
• Advanced scheduling, sequencing, and field coordination capabilities
• Working knowledge of safety protocols, compliance standards, and risk mitigation practices
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make timely decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication skills for field teams, clients, subcontractors, and executives
• Adaptability to shift between operational oversight, travel-based supervision, and corporate support needs
• Leadership presence with a focus on accountability, mentorship, and team development
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to balance quality, schedule, and budget priorities

Salary Range: $120,000.00-$160,000.00
