RESPONSIBILITIES

Learn and apply welding techniques while following established quality standards. Assist in the assembly and fabrication of components, subassemblies, and finished products. Operate welding equipment, grinders, hand tools, and other production equipment in a safe manner. Interpret basic work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints. Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, positioning, clamping, and tack welding parts. Perform grinding, sanding, and finishing work as needed. Inspect completed welds and products for quality and workmanship. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Rotate between workstations to gain exposure to different manufacturing processes. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Participate in training programs and demonstrate continuous improvement in welding skills and product knowledge. Communicate effectively with team members, trainers, leads, and supervisors.

REQUIRED CREDENTIALS

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn welding and manufacturing processes. Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment. Strong attendance and reliability Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Basic experience with hand tools Willingness to learn and accept coaching. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and commitment to safety. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be 18 years old

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School diploma, GED, or currently pursuing completion
