This role provides crucial global leadership in delivering JLL's best practices through Occupancy Planning & Management products, solutions, and tools while partnering closely with client real estate teams to drive tactical and strategic planning aligned with portfolio objectives. **What is your day-to-day?** **Strategic Leadership & Accountability*** Provide strategic oversight of multiple regions while driving consistency, innovation, and excellence across global real estate portfolios* Manage global OP account budget for occupancy planning across APAC, LATAM, and AMER, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency* Own and manage strategic multi-regional relationships, serving as executive-level point of contact for key client stakeholders* Drive space planning and data management programs to help client achieve real estate and workplace objectives**Team Leadership & People Management*** Lead and manage a global team of occupancy planners across three regions with full accountability for performance outcomes* Structure, staff, and manage team with clarity of expectations across time zones, setting clear performance metrics and taking corrective action when necessary* Build high-performing team capable of responding to dynamic client needs across cultural and geographic boundaries**Crisis Management & Rapid Response*** Lead crisis response efforts during urgent account situations, deploying rapid solutions while maintaining client confidence and account integrity* Navigate high-pressure scenarios with resilience, making decisive risk-informed decisions under tight timelines* Demonstrate composure and strategic thinking during space planning emergencies, system failures, or client escalations* Implement preventive measures and contingency planning to minimize future disruptions across regional operations**Process Excellence & Cross-Functional Collaboration*** Drive process improvements to provide efficiencies in service delivery and measurable cost savings* Champion innovation and technological advancement in occupancy planning methodologies* Work closely with facilities, MAC, projects, and local stakeholders across JLL service lines to deliver integrated solutions and ensure seamless client experience**Education & Experience*** Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field required; MBA preferred* 8–15 years of experience in corporate environment with demonstrated progression in leadership responsibility* Previous experience in strategic space/occupancy planning and space data management with proven track record managing diverse teams across multiple regions* Demonstrated experience managing budgets and driving revenue growth in professional services environment**Technical Expertise*** Ability to leverage technology to tell compelling data stories that influence strategic decisions* Understanding of activity-based working, change management, and utilization tracking**Business Acumen*** Deep understanding of corporate real estate dynamics across global markets with commercial awareness* Solid grasp of client business models and regional industry contexts across APAC, LATAM, and AMER* Strategic mindset with demonstrated bias toward transformation, solution execution, and measurable business outcomes**Core Competencies****Communication Excellence*** Exceptional written and verbal communication across all leadership levels and diverse cultural contexts* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus across competing interests**Strategic Problem-Solving & Decision-Making*** Risk-informed decision-making that balances client needs, operational constraints, and business objectives* Proven ability to analyze ambiguous situations, develop options, and recommend optimal courses of action**Leadership & Influence*** Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building at all organizational levels* Managerial courage to address performance issues, make difficult decisions, and advocate for team needs**Personal Attributes*** Intellectually curious with appetite for calculated risk-taking* Resilient, resourceful, and accountable with high ownership mentality* Collaborative mindset with authentic \"partner\" approach* Unwavering ethical standards and professional integrityThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
