Transaction Manager, Project Finance UnitHybrid: Wilmington, DEMonday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Summary:The Transaction Manager provides superior customer service to our corporate trust clients through effective account administration. This includes monitoring contract provisions and responding to customer inquiries quickly and accurately. The TM works closely with the Transaction Analysts and will process all related transactions, including Account Setup/Termination, collecting critical documents, cash disbursements, and other critical functions related to Escrow and Project Finance products.Some of the things you will be doing:Review and process account requests. This includes preparation of system direction to the TM’s or Operations team to execute transactions such as initiating wire and check requests while ensuring all account actions are in accordance with department procedures Receive and record incoming assets ensuring deposits are completed promptly and accuratelyCommunicate with clients regarding specific account information including upcoming deliverable dates, distributions, events, notices and generating client statements.Organize the account set-up process, update appropriate spreadsheets and ticklersManage the billing and collection of client feesMonitor ticklers and collect required items from our clientsComplete reconciliations timely and accuratelyPromote a positive team culture and participate in projects as needed. Take the initiative to review client requests against the deal documentation to ensure the basic requirements are met and escalate, as needed. Handle day-to-day requests from clients and work with TM’s, to provide excellent client service. What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?Bachelor’s Degree PreferredExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsHigh level of organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skillsComputer skills including Microsoft OfficeMaintain a strong attention to detail and analytical ability when working under pressurePrevious experience in the financial services industry a plusBusiness level fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese a plusAbility to maintain tact, composure and professionalism when situations may become stressful.
