Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Operation : Operate and maintain construction equipment and machines, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.
- Team Support : Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled laborers as needed, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Site Preparation : Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards, ensuring a safe and productive work environment for all.
- Material Handling : Load and unload construction materials with care and precision, helping to facilitate smooth operations on-site.
- Structure Assembly : Put together and take apart temporary structures such as scaffolding, following instructions from supervisors and skilled tradesmen.
- Earthwork : Remove, fill, or compact earth as required, supporting site preparation and construction activities.
- Instruction Adherence : Follow instructions from supervisors and other team members diligently, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Learning and Development : Be open to learning from on-the-job training opportunities, continuously improving your skills and expertise in construction.
- Site Clean-Up : Perform site clean-up duties, maintaining cleanliness and organization to promote safety and efficiency.
