Falls of Neuse Management is seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Processor in Raleigh, NC. The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for the accurate and timely input and processing of all assigned vendor/location invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Match vendor invoices with approved purchase orders (3-way match)
- Analyze and resolve unmatched invoices
- Comply with payment deadlines to ensure that all available discounts are taken
- Review and resolve past due invoices or credit balances from vendor statements
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from both internal/external customers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Requires high school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Proficiency in the use of Windows based software, especially Excel
- Experience with Great Plains software a definite plus
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Falls of Neuse Management LLC (FNMLLC) is an industry-leading and employee-owned company engaged in the sale and distribution of welding supplies and automotive industrial coatings.
Operations are based in multiple locations throughout the United States. FNMLLC is owned by two companies: American Welding & Gas, Inc. (AWG) and National Coatings & Supplies, Inc. (NCS). We provide management support services for both of these companies from our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, NC.
