This role supports safe, reliable operations through preventive maintenance, accurate service records, and quality customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesInspect equipment and perform diagnostic testing to identify worn or damaged parts.Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and correct equipment deficiencies.Repair, adjust, or replace major assemblies, subassemblies, components, and parts, including powertrains, drivetrains, electrical systems, air conditioning, fuel systems, brakes, steering, and hydraulics.Clean and maintain equipment appearance.Maintain accurate service and repair records.Keep the shop and shop equipment clean and well maintained.Participate in available educational opportunities to maintain and expand technical knowledge.Support the maintenance department and company through knowledgeable work and strong customer service.Qualifications:Two year certificate from college or technical school; or 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experiencePositive attitude and great communication skillsBasic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)Problem solving and decision making abilitiesSelf-motivatedTeam playerRequirements:Dependable, punctual, and available for overtime when required.Clean driving record; motor vehicle record (MVR) required.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife Insurance401KPaid Time OffProfit SharingOn-Site GymOn-Site Health ClinicTuition Assistance available after 90 days Lifetime Products is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
