They're here to support the whole you, and those who matter most to you.Responsibilities & DutiesAssists with any maintenance work on company property as needed.Helps maintain internal maintenance program for equipment and facility maintenance.Assists with repairing and installing production equipment.Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment according to blueprints, operating manuals, and schematics.Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems with non-functioning equipment.Helps maintain cleanliness in the production, warehouse, and other storage areas.Any other task as assigned by management.Expectations & EvaluationAct with integrity and treat people with respect.Take ownership of your work and deliver it accurately and on time.Communicate clearly, listen well, and handle conflict professionally.Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities.Look for better ways to work and contribute ideas that improve the team.QualificationsMust have a High School diploma or equivalent and experience in manufacturing maintenance operations.Experience with operating maintenance equipment.Good technical knowledge.Must possess good communication skills.Forklift Certification a plus.Must have valid driver's license.Must be able to lift/move up to 75 pounds.Frequent standing and walking with ability to conduct indoor and outdoor activitiesBenefitsPaid time offHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurance401(k) matchingReferral programEmployee discount
