Maintenance ManagerAs a Maintenance Manager, you will be a key member of the plant leadership team, responsible for leading maintenance and reliability efforts that support safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. You will maintain a strong presence on the plant floor, partner closely with operations and engineering, and lead salaried and hourly associates to drive equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and sound financial decision-making in support of the Clarksdale facility's business objectives.Why This Role MattersThis role directly impacts associate safety, equipment reliability, and operational continuity by ensuring maintenance issues are identified and resolved before they affect production or quality.This position plays a critical role in controlling costs and improving financial performance through effective budget management, downtime reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.This role serves as a key partner within the plant leadership team, strengthening collaboration between maintenance, operations, and engineering to support long-term business success.What You Will DoLead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and support consistent production performance.Manage and develop salaried and hourly maintenance associates, ensuring proper coverage, skill development, and effective labor utilization.Drive safety, quality, and cost KPIs by addressing maintenance-related risks, responding quickly to equipment issues, and implementing sustainable solutions.Own maintenance budgets and financial decisions, identifying cost-reduction opportunities while maintaining operational reliability.Partner with plant leadership, operations, and engineering on capital projects, reliability improvements, and long-term asset strategies.Oversee contractors, vendors, purchase orders, and storeroom operations while ensuring compliance with environmental and safety policies.What We're Looking ForBachelors degree with 5+ years of experience or in lieu of degree 10 or more years of experience engineering/maintenance management in an industrial environmentExperience leading maintenance or engineering teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment, with accountability for equipment reliability and workforce performance.Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems, continuous improvement practices, and reliability-focused decision making.
