Building Maintenance Worker

First County Bank - It's where you belong! We are currently looking for a Building Maintenance Worker to join our Administrative Services team! This individual will perform routine maintenance and repair work within facility operations. Work Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday Primary Responsibilities: Respond to emergency situations such as leaks, flooding, locks, etc. Repair and maintain in good working order and condition, all Bank facilities, both interior and exterior Perform light painting, masonry, carpentry and plumbing at all facilities; replacement of ceiling tiles, light bulbs and exit & emergency lights; cleaning of air vents and blowers Perform light duties where light moving is required, as directed Respond to light plumbing, carpentry, and painting projects as they arise Perform quarterly night lighting inspections Responsible for stocking inventory; Lifting and moving of heavy boxes required Monitor Bank parking lots at 117 and 123 Prospect St. for unauthorized vehicles Required to travel to all Bank facilities; work indoor/outdoor, boiler/mechanical rooms as well as non-office areas Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements/Qualifications: Equivalent to a High school or vocational diploma and 1 to 2 years relevant experience Prior experience in an office, business environment, or school setting is preferred Basic knowledge of boilers/HVAC Basic maintenance, math, language, and reading skills Valid drivers license and insurance certificate required Moderate lifting required with time spent standing, bending, ladder climbing and walking Wage range : $30,000 - $45,000 Salary commensurate with experience Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review the Know Your Rights notice from the Department of Labor. #J-18808-Ljbffr Default Brand
