What You Will Be Doing

• Own and oversee complex partnership tax matters, including allocations, capital accounts and related federal tax considerations.
• Manage key tax compliance and reporting processes while effectively leveraging and overseeing external advisors.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide tax guidance and support broader strategic initiatives.
• Gain exposure to international tax, M&A, tax planning and other high-impact projects as the organization continues to evolve.

BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• 8+ years of progressive tax experience with strong federal partnership tax knowledge.
• Corporate tax experience is highly attractive, although partnership-focused public accounting experience translates well.
• Experience working within a complex, multi-entity environment and managing multiple tax workstreams.
• A strong communicator who can operate independently, manage external advisors and confidently partner with senior stakeholders.
