What You Will Be Doing We’re seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to deliver expert technical support across all layers—from hardware to application—for our critical business systems. In this role you’ll: Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and availability through diligent system monitoring, upgrades, and maintenance. Collaborate with cross‑functional IT teams to design scalable, redundant infrastructure, implement software and OS upgrades, and support disaster recovery planning. Provide Level2 and3 support, assess new applications, and lead installations in both test and production environments. Shape a resilient, high‑performing IT ecosystem that supports business continuity and growth. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years in a technical support role for mission‑critical applications. Strong project management and service orientation. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills to build cooperative working relationships.
