Compliance Officer

Providing day-to-day support for an assigned portfolio, the full-time Source-to-Contract Operations Advocate will manage supplier record setup, compliance program support, and third-party credentialing coordination in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities Assist with supplier compliance programs, third-party credentialing processes, and ongoing training on e-procurement systems Maintain supplier records and attributes across property accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance Provide ongoing support by managing the Help Desk queue and responding to tickets and emails within established timeframes Required Qualifications Property & Casualty Insurance license preferred; applicable experience will also be considered Relevant experience in procurement, accounts payable, or property operations; college degree a plus but not required Prior experience in the multi-family real estate industry preferred, but not required Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, property management, and database management tools Basic mathematical skills necessary for financial records and reporting
