Pest Control Technician (Applicator NY License Required)

Compensation $20-$25 per hour (Depending on Experience) License Requirements NY Applicator License Location Fort Lee, NJ and surrounding area (North Jersey, NYC and Eastern PA) Position Type Full-time Schedule Monday-Friday 7am-5pm (Must be willing to work at least 2 weekends per month and nights as needed.) Key Responsibilities Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers. Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with all applicable company policies and local rules and regulations. Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and overall best pest solution for each customer's individual needs. Use all safety equipment as instructed. Maintain professional appearance and equipment in working order including but not limited to vehicle, uniform, application equipment, PPE, paperwork, and literature. Devote your full attention and time, during working hours, to the performance of your duties and responsibilities as directed by your supervisor and the company. Qualifications & Requirements NY Pest Control Applicator License required. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, effective through verbal, written, and in-person. Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and kneel, bend as necessary for the job. Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
