Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active credentials as a Nursing - ORT, Surgical Tech (Non-certified and Certified candidates considered)
• Recent experience in operative or surgical settings required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to safe, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgery environment
• Ability to adapt and learn new processes quickly

Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and nursing staff before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Prepare operating rooms and maintain sterile fields
• Handle surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies responsibly
• Monitor patient status and respond to emergent situations as needed
• Complete accurate documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
