Social Media Marketing Manager

To enhance digital marketing efforts, the remote Social Media & Growth Marketing Manager will develop and implement strategies for organic engagement, oversee content planning and publication, and manage influencer relationships in a permanent position. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies for organic social media engagement across multiple platforms Oversee content planning, creation, and publication aligned with brand initiatives and product launches Manage relationships with influencers and creators, including partnerships and content collaborations Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in digital marketing or social media management Proven ability in creating and executing social media strategies and managing influencer ecosystems Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals related to engagement and traffic generation Experience leading teams and collaborating across departments and external agencies Proficiency with Office 365, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with SQL preferred
