Customer Service Representative – Addison, TX Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Addison, TX Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support across various channels including phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries. Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide product and service information to customers. Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or office environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
