About the Role:

Legacy Business Consulting Group LLC is looking for a driven and personable Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team in Addison, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while contributing to a results-oriented sales environment. Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, and written communication
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support customer retention and loyalty
Process customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with team members and leadership to refine sales strategies and improve service delivery
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive environment
Ability to learn product and service offerings quickly and communicate value effectively
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
Must be located in or able to commute to Addison, TX
